Glue Pull Repair (GPR) in Lahore

Glue pull repair (GPR) is a paintless technique where a plastic tab is bonded to the paint with hot-melt PDR glue and the dent is lifted from the outside with a slide hammer or lifter, then refined with knock-down tools. It is used when a dent sits over a brace, on a double-skinned panel or anywhere a rod cannot reach from behind. The glue is released with alcohol and leaves the paint untouched.

What is glue pull repair (gpr)?

GPR uses purpose-made glue that bonds firmly to the paint but releases cleanly. Tabs come in many shapes for round dents, creases and bodylines. A lifter or mini-lifter pulls the tab straight up, raising the low metal; the crown that forms around it is tapped down, and the process is repeated with smaller tabs until the area reads flat. GPR is often combined with conventional PDR pushing on the same dent.

How long does it take?

Glue pulling is fast per pull but usually needs several cycles. Typical dents take 30 minutes to 2 hours.
